The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and designing manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with cGMP and HSE regulations, preparing accurate documentation, participating in risk assessments, reporting abnormalities, taking the lead on non-complex projects, acting as a delegate for the lead process engineer, updating management on relevant occurrences, providing training to operational team members, and completing annual performance reviews.
