IPG is hiring a Process Engineer in Truro, Nova Scotia to lead projects that improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational performance. The role involves developing production methods and controls, troubleshooting manufacturing processes, evaluating equipment, supporting continuous improvement and environmental compliance, documenting procedures, and coaching operating personnel. Candidates need a BS degree in mechanical, industrial, or another technical field, 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering or related experience, troubleshooting and data-analysis skills, and knowledge of plastics chemistry and extrusion processes.
