IPG is hiring a full-time, onsite Process Engineer in Corona, California. The role focuses on improving manufacturing processes, procedures, equipment, and materials to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency; developing production methods and controls; troubleshooting process problems; evaluating equipment and environmental compliance projects; and supporting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. The position requires a BS degree in chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related technical field, 4–7 years of manufacturing engineering or related experience, and knowledge of plastics chemistry and extrusion processes.
