Description
Alltrista Plastics LLC, a Jadex Inc. subsidiary, is hiring an engineering professional to optimize high-volume precision injection-molding processes. The role develops and verifies mold processes, establishes process parameters, applies scientific analysis methods, documents procedures and results, supports mold maintenance and equipment improvement, configures and trains personnel on CIM, and helps resolve production and customer issues. It requires a four-year engineering degree or equivalent experience, five years of processing experience, and knowledge of modern injection molding and analytical methods such as DOE, SPC, Mold Flow analysis, and FMEA. The job is performed in a manufacturing environment with machinery, chemicals, and physical demands including lifting, climbing, and occasional overtime or weekend work.
