Description
The Photo Process Engineer will improve semiconductor photo-process yield, quality, cost, cycle time, equipment uptime, and capability while supporting projects such as capacity expansion, new technology development, and line yield improvement. The role reports to the Aizu manufacturing engineering manager, collaborates with internal and global engineering teams, and contributes to factory KPIs, project delivery, stakeholder communication, and team development. Requirements include semiconductor and wafer-process experience, a technical college degree or higher, business English, Japanese proficiency, and work authorization for Japan; foreign-company experience is preferred, and no visa sponsorship is available.
