Rohlik Group is hiring a Process Engineer to own end-to-end improvement projects across its fulfillment network. The role covers identifying automation or process-redesign opportunities, developing business cases, designing and implementing hardware and software solutions, coordinating vendors and contractors, standardising work, and supporting warehouse planning. Candidates need an engineering or technical degree or equivalent vocational training, at least three years of warehouse automation and process-improvement experience, strong analytical and project-management skills, negotiation ability, English proficiency, and willingness to work regularly on-site at fulfillment centers.
