Flint Hills Resources is hiring a Process Engineer for its Pine Bend Refinery in Rosemount, Minnesota. The role provides plant-based engineering experience through rotations supporting refinery units, process and mechanical systems, operations, maintenance, and technical experts. Responsibilities include process safety and risk profiling, refinery economics, unit health monitoring, problem resolution, turnaround support, and root-cause troubleshooting. The position requires a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, two or more years of process engineering experience, and refinery or petrochemical experience; it is not eligible for visa sponsorship and pays $90,000–$120,000 per year with variable bonus potential.
