The role focuses on improving throughput, quality, and equipment reliability in a batch manufacturing environment, while managing combustible-dust hazards, environmental and health and safety compliance, process data, reporting, Design of Experiments trials, and cross-functional root-cause analyses. Candidates need prior process-engineering or similar experience, data-analytics and statistics proficiency, and manufacturing experience; an engineering degree and five years of process-engineering experience are preferred.
