Description
Molex is hiring a Process Engineer in El Salto, Jalisco to scale advanced manufacturing operations for optical transceivers. The role leads industrialization and deployment of manufacturing processes, supports new product introduction, drives process optimization and continuous improvement, collaborates with cross-functional teams on engineering changes and quality, and introduces manufacturing technologies and automation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least three years of relevant process, NPI, product, or manufacturing engineering experience, SMT or electronic assembly experience, knowledge of statistical analysis and structured problem-solving methods, and advanced English communication skills.
