Description

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering
Required Previous Experiences: At least 3 years of manufacturing experience
Experience coordinating, executing, tracking, and solving project-related issues with support and service teams
Experience developing and maintaining manufacturing process documentation
Experience with SAP and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience balancing and optimizing production lines using Kaizen methodologies
Experience in supplier selection and qualification processes
Preferred Qualifications: Experience developing Bills of Materials and standard time calculations
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Poka-Yoke systems
Experience applying corrective action methodologies, including RAC, RDP, and 8D
Ability to establish short- and medium-term quality improvement plans with ongoing performance measurement
Strong analytical problem-solving, leadership, communication, self-management, and interpersonal skills
