Molex is hiring a Process Engineer in El Salto, Jalisco to scale advanced manufacturing operations for optical transceivers. The role leads industrialization and deployment of manufacturing processes, supports New Product Introduction, drives process optimization and continuous improvement, introduces automation and manufacturing technologies, and uses statistical analysis and structured problem-solving to improve process capability and product performance. A bachelor's degree in engineering and at least three years of relevant process, NPI, product, or manufacturing engineering experience are required.
