LS Cable & System USA is seeking an Engineering Intern to support the development and improvement of production methods, processes, machines, equipment, tooling, and designs for wire and cable products. The role involves engineering studies, feasibility and cost-reduction analyses, equipment and tooling selection, capital-expenditure coordination, manufacturing-method development, production documentation, and collaboration with quality control, production, vendors, maintenance, and design engineering. The position requires four or more years of engineering or technical schooling, less than one year of experience, knowledge of manufacturing methods and equipment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
