Description
Lam is hiring a Process Engineer to develop and evaluate advanced semiconductor process formulations, define equipment hardware, review processing techniques, plan new process concepts, coordinate customer and cross-functional requirements, manage process-related customer requests, and introduce and qualify new technologies at customer sites. The role requires an MSc in Materials Engineering with prior Chemical Engineering experience or equivalent wet-clean/advanced-packaging experience, along with laboratory, surface-preparation, analytical, SPC, and DOE expertise. The position may require travel to customer sites less than 25% of the time and offers a monthly salary paid 14 times per year.
