Description
The Process Engineer will conduct process engineering research, development, and evaluation for semiconductor capital equipment and systems, covering processing techniques, pilot-plant and manufacturing processes, test-data analysis, customer demonstrations, technology adoption, tool qualifications, and product development. The role requires a Ph.D. or MA in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics, at least 8–10 years of semiconductor process-engineering experience, laboratory and analytical-technique experience, and knowledge of SPC or DOE. It is based in Villach, Austria, offers a 38.5-hour flexitime schedule, and pays a monthly salary 14 times per year.
