Description
The Process Engineer will join LMV’s NPI team and own the design and optimization of production processes from new platform introduction through handover to production. Responsibilities include responding to shop-floor escalations, supporting equipment standardization, testing packaging materials and products, improving productivity and ergonomics, and leading tests, workshops, and meetings. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, at least four years of process engineering experience, knowledge of quality and Lean manufacturing, technical drawing and safety knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and strong English communication.
