Description
The role proposes, designs, optimizes, and implements improvements to production processes at the Lesaffre plant, with a focus on fermentation, packaging, utilities, maintenance, and logistics. It develops continuous-improvement proposals and provides technological, operational, and cost solutions while ensuring efficiency, productivity, quality, and compliance. The position requires a degree in a relevant engineering or biotechnology field, 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or food industries, knowledge of bioprocess engineering and process control, and familiarity with GMP and quality management systems. It is a 100% in-person role at the Narandiba/SP plant.
