Description
The Process Engineer will optimize yeast-production processes such as autolysis, microfiltration, and drying, support the Process and Technical Manager for China and local teams with plant CAPEX, write scopes of work and functional analyses, coordinate with automation and third-party teams, support equipment startups and new-product industrialization, and improve safety, quality, and productivity. The role also coordinates processes across three plants in the medium-to-long term. It requires a bachelor’s degree or above, industrial-process knowledge, at least one year of industrial field experience, fluent English, and strong project and communication skills; Chinese and French are advantageous.
