Description
The Process Engineer will support microwave electronics and semiconductor manufacturing by performing hands-on prototype assembly, creating and updating work instructions, developing process flow diagrams, and preparing PFMEA, PCP, and OCAP documents. The role also involves training operators, implementing Lean and continuous improvement, conducting equipment risk assessments, and performing time studies. Automatic wire bonding and die attach experience are required, while microwave electronics and semiconductor manufacturing knowledge are advantageous.
