Description
The Process Engineer will improve microwave and semiconductor manufacturing processes, analyze yield and low-yield events for opto and RF parts, maintain fixtures and auto-handling boards, conduct capacity and capability studies, lead cost-reduction programs, and support product-sustaining activities. The role requires automatic wire bonding and die attach experience, hands-on prototype assembly, operator training, and knowledge of chip and wire assembly materials. The engineer works on complex assignments requiring judgment, receives minimal instructions, and works under supervision.
