The role leads process optimization and manufacturing capacity projects by analyzing SAP production data, conducting GEMBA walks and waste analysis, improving quality and production capacity, developing manufacturing layouts, and applying Lean and Six Sigma tools. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Lean Green Six Sigma certification, and AutoCAD proficiency, and involves work in a manufacturing plant with temperature fluctuations, dust, noise, odors, and fumes.
