Description
The role is responsible for identifying production needs, designing cost-effective processes for new automotive exterior products, developing process documentation, ensuring product and process quality, supporting shop-floor layout and tooling, implementing continuous improvement, validating machinery and equipment, training production staff, and analyzing production performance. It requires a university degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering, at least two years of plastic injection and plastic molding experience in the automotive industry, strong knowledge of injection technology and equipment, English proficiency, and a valid driving license with willingness to travel.
