Description
The Process Engineer supports manufacturing operations by collecting and analyzing data, troubleshooting equipment, improving processes, implementing countermeasures, and driving cost, safety, quality, and throughput improvements. The role also supports capital projects, new-business quoting, process documentation, team training, and equipment reliability initiatives while maintaining GMP, safety, and environmental standards. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, 3–5 years of process improvement experience, and proficiency with Excel and Minitab; the position may require second-, third-, or weekend shifts.
