The Process Engineer will analyze existing production and organizational work processes, design and implement continuous improvements, monitor performance, train employees, collaborate across departments, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The role supports production of cookies and wafers at Mondelēz International in the Opava region and requires Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen knowledge, analytical problem-solving, communication, English collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams.
