Mondelēz International is hiring a Process Development & Engineering Manager to lead RDQ activities across innovation, growth, and cost optimization projects. The role covers process design, specifications, scale-up, commissioning, pilot-plant and factory trials, modelling and simulation, stakeholder management, and consumer-centric process information. It requires a BS or MS in engineering or a related field, five years of related experience, and knowledge of manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, Six Sigma, and SAP. The position is regular, Monday through Friday, with no travel requirements, and offers a base salary of $97,300 to $133,815 plus bonus and benefits.
