Description
Mercadona Tech is hiring a Process Engineer to design, implement, and continuously improve logistics processes for its online-order warehouses. The role focuses on order-picking systems, KPI tracking, process optimization, and collaboration with product and development teams. It is a 100% on-site position based at the Valencia Colmena, with regular travel to other warehouses in Madrid, Barcelona, Alicante, and Seville. Candidates need a university degree in engineering or a similar field, 2–5 years of logistics and order-picking experience, analytical and communication skills, advanced Excel, and advanced English; SQL is a plus. The salary range is 35–40k.
