Description
Mercer Advisors is hiring a Process Engineer, Partner Integration to support the integration of newly acquired partner firms. The role involves post-LOI discovery, documenting partner workflows and technology, identifying integration gaps, building a repeatable onboarding framework, coordinating sequenced releases and change management, and maintaining process documentation. The position requires a bachelor's degree, business process and systems experience, analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel; wealth management, RIA, financial services, Aspen, Salesforce, and M&A integration experience are preferred. The role operates Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a base pay range of $85,000 to $95,000 USD and rolling applications until the position is filled.
