Description
MilDef is hiring a Process Engineer for its NPI team to develop, implement, validate, and improve production and test processes for new products. The role supports industrialization from prototype and pilot production through series production, develops work instructions and production flows, conducts DFM/DFT and process validation, and uses Lean, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, PFMEA, and control plans to solve production problems. The engineer reports to the NPI Manager and requires a higher-education degree in mechanical, production, or related engineering, at least three years of relevant industrial experience, and strong technical, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
