Description
The Process Engineer will analyze and optimize production processes, lead continuous-improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma, monitor performance data, develop work instructions and SOPs, resolve operational disruptions, coordinate production activities, and train operators. The role collaborates with Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, QESH, and R&D, supports the Production Manager, and is open to entry-level candidates and recent graduates. It requires technical education, 0–3 years of relevant experience, analytical and project-management skills, and knowledge of industrial safety, quality, and environmental standards; Lean Six Sigma certification, advanced data-analysis tools, and English proficiency are preferred.
