Description
Momentive is hiring a Process Engineer to own production-area performance, resolve operational issues, support operators, and drive continuous improvement across EHS, quality, reliability, productivity, and stable operations. The role leads troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, non-conformance investigations, SOP development, operator training, change management, and new-product/process technology introductions. It requires on-site presence five days per week, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, at least two years of technical or engineering professional experience, and working knowledge of DCS or process control systems. The position offers a base salary of $80,500 to $117,700 plus potential incentive or sales variable compensation, along with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
