Description
Momentive Technologies is hiring a Process Engineer to report to the Operations Manager at the Willoughby Quartz Plant. The role leads manufacturing process improvements for high-purity quartz products used in the semiconductor industry, focusing on safety, yield, productivity, quality, cost reduction, process reliability, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement. The engineer will work with production, maintenance, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders, and must have a relevant engineering bachelor’s degree and at least three years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
