Momentive Technologies is hiring a Process Engineer to report to the Operations Manager at the Willoughby Quartz Plant. The role leads manufacturing-process improvements for high-purity quartz products used in the semiconductor industry, focusing on safety, yield, productivity, quality, cost reduction, process reliability, root-cause analysis, trial execution, and customer complaint resolution. The position requires 2–4 years of process-engineering experience, a relevant engineering bachelor’s degree, mechanical aptitude, strong analytical and leadership skills, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 5% of the time.
