Description
The Process Engineer will work directly with plant operations at a cement manufacturer in Maryneal, Texas to improve process flow, production performance, equipment reliability, and operating efficiency. Responsibilities include analyzing plant processes, leading process-flow improvement projects, troubleshooting shutdowns and interruptions, coordinating with Production, Maintenance, and Automation teams, developing process-analysis programs, training plant personnel, tracking project costs, coordinating maintenance work orders, and supporting plant safety and emergency operations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, at least two years of operations experience in cement manufacturing preferred but not required, and the ability to work in a hands-on, physically demanding plant environment.
