Description
MW Components is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to improve and optimize manufacturing processes on the production floor. The role focuses on reducing scrap and downtime, improving cycle times and process capability, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, leading continuous-improvement projects, analyzing production data, supporting PFMEAs and control plans, and collaborating with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience, with metalworking, machining, CNC, screw-machine, or precision-manufacturing experience preferred.
