Nesco Resource is hiring an Investment Casting Process Engineer in Chandler, Arizona, to lead process development and continuous improvement for investment-cast aerospace and industrial gas turbine components. The role covers manufacturing process optimization, yield improvement, defect and root-cause analysis, metallurgical and casting specifications, tooling and fixture support, production launches, documentation, training, customer technical support, and engineering reporting. Candidates need proven experience supporting products from tooling through production launch, investment casting expertise, aerospace or gas-turbine component experience, defect-analysis and process-improvement experience, troubleshooting skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
