NKT is hiring a Process Engineer for its Material Technology department in Karlskrona to monitor and improve high-voltage cable manufacturing processes. The role involves analyzing process data, identifying improvements, supporting root-cause analysis, and assisting R&D and production engineering with changes and investments. Candidates should have a university engineering degree or equivalent knowledge, strong Swedish and English communication skills, and experience or knowledge of calculation or simulation tools, materials science, statistics, or programming.
