Description
Odyssey Logistics is hiring an onsite Process Engineer in Vandalia, Illinois to improve warehouse, production, packaging, and operational processes. The role applies Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, automation, capital projects, KPI reporting, data analysis, facility layout, and standardization to enhance safety, quality, productivity, capacity, cost, and customer satisfaction. It reports to the Manager, Process Improvement, requires approximately 40 hours per week, and offers a base salary of $65,000–$70,000 per year. A bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, or a related field is preferred, along with at least two years of relevant experience and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
