Description
The Process Engineer provides technical support and training for a paper mill, improving safety, quality, productivity, environmental compliance, operating efficiency, and cost containment. Responsibilities include process control instrumentation, DCS improvements, quality assurance and customer complaint investigations, environmental compliance support, downtime maintenance planning, and weekend coverage. The role requires process control knowledge in a manufacturing environment, experience in process, product, or technology development, and a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline; the salary is $70,000–$90,000 annually.
