Periodic Labs is hiring a Process Engineer to own the end-to-end powder synthesis workflow across dispensing, mixing, pressing, reaction, recovery, and characterization. The role focuses on process stability, failure-mode prevention, statistical process control, equipment troubleshooting, data integrity, operator workflows, design of experiments, and translating manual-lab lessons into requirements for an automated, full-scale lab. The position is based in Menlo Park, California or Montreal, Canada, with compensation of $225,000–$300,000 plus equity and visa sponsorship.
