Description
The role is an advanced process-engineering position responsible for designing and executing chemical processes, improving process safety, quality, and productivity, and leading plant operations, changeovers, batch records, equipment qualification, audits, and troubleshooting. It also mentors junior engineers, prepares training and documentation, and communicates process issues to management. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent, typically 8–14 years of related experience, and at least one year of relevant cGMP experience is preferred. The salary range is $100,000 to $150,000, with bonus and stock option eligibility and medical, life, and disability insurance benefits.
