Description
Plastic Molding Technology is hiring a Process Engineer to develop, optimize, troubleshoot, and improve injection molding and extrusion processes for polymer-based products. The role covers tooling and equipment validation, production troubleshooting, process documentation, supplier coordination, quality-system compliance, data analysis, and technical training. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or plastics engineering, 1–5 years of injection molding experience, CAD proficiency, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. The position follows a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule with occasional evening and weekend work and 10% travel.
