Plexus is hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineer to provide technical expertise across the manufacturing process, develop manufacturing solutions, optimize production for efficiency and quality, train teams, support ongoing production, ensure new-product manufacturability, and lead product-introduction processes. The role requires intermediate computer, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, analytical, statistical-process-control, and structured-design skills, with a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience preferred. The position is open to hiring levels I, II, and Sr, with a stated annual compensation range of $67,000 to $100,600 and a full pay range of $61,000 to $121,700.
