Description
The Process Engineer provides engineering support to manufacturing processes and collaborates with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Procurement, and Technical teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Responsibilities include supporting EHS, process safety, and regulatory compliance; leading process optimization and capital projects; troubleshooting equipment and processes; developing corrective actions and standard work; and supporting training. The role requires a bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, or related engineering and at least three years of manufacturing or process engineering experience. The work arrangement involves in-person work Monday through Thursday with remote work on Flexible Fridays, subject to schedule variation by location.
