Description
Pregis is hiring a Process Engineer to support plant operations, maintenance, quality, engineering, and sales by improving product quality, reducing production variability, developing new products, optimizing product lines, leading process improvements, and managing capital projects. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, safety and risk assessments, process-change coordination, lean and DOE-based improvements, and collaboration across plant teams. A bachelor of science in engineering is preferred, industrial engineering experience is relevant, and the position requires at least five years of process engineering experience, three years in coating and converting, or 10+ years of industrial engineering in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
