The client in the defense industry is hiring a Senior Process Engineer with a chemical engineering background to establish and secure manufacturing processes, develop method descriptions and process controls, analyze material and process variations, investigate deviations and quality outcomes, and improve production efficiency. The role works closely with production, technicians, development, and quality functions and includes strategic process development. It is a full-time permanent position based in Karlskoga, with an immediate start and a fixed monthly salary.
