The client in the defense industry is hiring a Senior Process Engineer with a chemical engineering background to establish and secure manufacturing processes near production. The role develops method descriptions, process controls and windows, analyzes material variations, investigates deviations and quality outcomes, identifies improvements, manages change processes with customers and certifying bodies, and collaborates with production, technicians, development, and quality teams. It is a full-time permanent position based in Karlskoga, with an immediate start and a fixed monthly salary.
