Radiac Abrasives is hiring a full-time, onsite Process Engineer in Oswego, Illinois. The role supports manufacturing operations by resolving production issues, improving productivity, quality, cost, and safety, leading Lean and Six Sigma improvement projects, supporting new products and equipment, and analyzing manufacturing data. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, at least five years of manufacturing, process, or related engineering experience, and training or demonstrated experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. The role is 100% onsite and pays $75,000–$90,000 annually.
