Description
Rakon is hiring a permanent full-time Process Engineer to support and optimise manufacturing processes, develop new processes, and drive quality, productivity, and operational excellence in a high-tech electronics manufacturing environment. The role includes process validation, equipment selection and commissioning, yield and productivity improvement, process performance analysis, and technical leadership. Applicants need at least five years of high-tech electronics manufacturing experience, a relevant engineering degree, process design and validation experience, knowledge of automotive standards, and strong technical communication skills; frequency control and timing technology experience is a plus.
