Red Arch Solutions is hiring a Process Engineer to join a priority program in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. The role applies process improvement, engineering methodologies, and principles to improve enterprise-level processes, facilitates project teams, coordinates process transfer and knowledge transfer, and ensures enterprise-wide integration of engineering efforts. The position requires Confluence, Jira, and Git, ten years of process improvement experience, five years of relevant facilitation, training, methodology development, process engineering, change management, or related experience, a bachelor’s degree in a specified field, and an active TS/SCI with polygraph.
