Description
Safari Circuits is hiring a Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and support high-quality Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) manufacturing processes. The role focuses on improving quality and efficiency, developing PFMEAs, performing Design for Manufacturability reviews, conducting Design of Experiments, creating work instructions, supporting production issues and customer corrective actions, implementing Lean principles, qualifying capital equipment, and training operators. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of relevant experience are preferred, along with PCB knowledge, IPC-A-610 certification or willingness to obtain it, and strong communication skills. The position is not remote and does not offer work authorization or sponsorship.
