Description
Safari Circuits is hiring a Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and support high-quality Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) manufacturing processes. The role focuses on improving quality and efficiency, developing PFMEAs, conducting Design for Manufacturability and Design of Experiments reviews, creating work instructions, supporting production issues and customer corrective actions, implementing Lean principles, qualifying capital equipment, and training operators. A related bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience are preferred, along with PCB knowledge, IPC-A-610 familiarity, communication skills, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
